Salutogenic Health Coaching

- means you as my client and I work together to find a way to create an environment as well as a lifestyle you can thrive in. We identify where you are "leaking energy" and find ways to re-arrange, re-prioritise and re-shuffle your life so that you can heal those gaps and put the gained energy into lifestyle habits you want to engage in because they make sense to you and lead to you thriving in your life.

 

We will map out where you are at, analyse what you need to work on and create a personal and unique protocol for you to follow.  Starting in your home, going through your habits, looking at your meals and your daily thoughts and deeds,  we will touch upon all areas.  

Creating a salutogenic health protocol means we need to adjust many parameters that influence your life and your wellbeing. We take a look at your life, how are you living it every day? 

Spiritually, economically, socially, physically and mentally. We want to oxygenate all areas (that you choose to work on) with your consciousness and intentionality.

Step One: Mapping

Let's get an overview of where you are at.

What are your current habits? how are you feeling now? Where would you like to start improvement? Where do you need help?

 

I believe in combining health coaching techniques such as introducing new lifestyle habits, forming a strategy how you can lower your toxic load in your life and your home, and motivational interviewing (MI) - with alternative modalities such as tongue & facial analysis to gain a good perspective into your current being - your NOW - as a basis for a protocol to reach where you want to go THEN.

We explore together and I analyse for you.

Step Two: Analysis and Step Three: Protocol

With the data from an extensive intake form as well as photographs taken by you (face + tongue) I connect the dots of where you are at in your life and present what I see. We discuss your views and your experience of life as you live it right now -  and pin point a place to start from, areas you would like to improve and ways I can help you.

 

From there I craft your unique personal protocol, in ebook-form, to give you a blueprint from which to adjust your habits and lifestyle, the practical deeds in your household, the contents of your meals, of your days and of your routines (for example workout plan - step by step tailored to your needs).

We decide what is achievable for you and set goals accordingly.

 

You can expect to be recommended holistic modalities such as aromatherapy and homeopathy, functional tools such as supplements, dietary adjustment and movement, as well as emotional practises to anchor you in your strengths!

Step Four: Check In and Step Five: Review

A few weeks after you  have started to implement your personal ebook with your new lifestyle protocol, workout and meal-plans, we meet to check in and see how you are doing. A shorter call to keep you on course and see what is already working and what is more difficult to implement. You can adjust course, double down, feel wind in your sails and I cheer you on!


At the end of your coaching period we meet for a lengthy call to review and formulate how you would like to move into the future.

I have shown you how to use your wings, now I want to see you soar!

Connecting the dots:

- WhatsApp contact once a week for the coming weeks.

Protocol:

- a few days after our initial call you receive a work-book with new lifestyle adjustments, a recommended work out plan, dietary suggestions, therapeutic ideas and daily habits.

- WhatsApp contact (I will keep you updated during the editing process and let you know when to expect the protocol). 

04 & 05

Check in + Review:

- WhatsApp contact during the weeks of you implementing, to see how you are doing with the work book.

Finally, a Revie Session - zoom call to round off and wrap up our time together, to see what worked and where you still need more time.
