I am someone who listens to your concerns, mirrors your innate wisdom and intuitive knowledge, and points you to wholesome resources! I speak German, Swedish and English and can assist you and your partner in all three. My approach is based on my training as a doula and a health coach, aromatherapist and of course a mama of 3 beautiful and healthy children, I myself am an empowered home birther, and free birther. I feel safe in the birth space and I want you to feel safe too!
I can guide you in using essential oils and homeopathy as natural approaches for day to day ailments. I can help you find a way to nourish yourself, your baby and your family and to find answers that your care provider may be missing.
